Fill out the form below with your details as well as your device and the work needed.
Once we receive your mail-in submission, you will need to wait for a ticket email. This will be the job ticket relevant to your job. We will keep you up to date as your job progresses with this ticket.
Pack and send your device. Ensure you use plenty of bubble wrap or appropriate protection material when sending in your device. Be sure to include the ticket number you received via email somewhere on or inside the box. This will help us to identify your device easily once it arrives at our workshop.
Once we receive your device, we will update your ticket to confirm we have it. We'll record its condition and state of functionality at the time we received it.
Our technicians will assess the device and confirm the final costs with you.
We'll perform the work you approved and perform a final inspection and quality control. This would include any applicable testing.
After we've finished the work on your device, we will send you an invoice via email. Payment can be made through our online payment system or other available payment options such as PayID/Bank Transfer.
When payment is received, we will send you a receipt before packing and sending your device back to you.
