Once we receive your mail-in submission, you will need to wait for a ticket email. This will be the job ticket relevant to your job. We will keep you up to date as your job progresses.
Pack and send your device. Ensure you use plenty of bubble wrap or appropriate protection material when sending in your device. Be sure to include the ticket number you received via email somewhere on or inside the box. This will help us to identify your device easily once it arrives at our workshop.
Once we receive your device, we will update your ticket to confirm we have it. We'll record its condition and state of functionality at the time we received it.
Our technicians will assess the device and confirm the final costs with you.
We'll perform the work you approved and perform a final inspection and quality control. This would include any applicable testing.
After we've finished the work on your device, we will send you an invoice via email. Payment can be made through our online payment system or other available payment options such as PayID/Bank Transfer.
When payment is received, we will send you a receipt before packing and sending your device back to you.
If you wish to send in your device for assessment and repair, please fill out the form below and await our confirmation email before sending.
You will be responsible for any postal costs to and from our location. We are not responsible for any damage in transit as this is out of our control. We recommend adding postal insurance if your item is of high value. We also cannot be held responsible if you fail to include a crucial item that is needed for testing or the repair itself when mailing in the device. Please consult with us if you have any doubts.
