With our Repair Tracker, whenever you create a job with TechBuddy you will always have access to all our notes and be kept up to date as the repair progresses. You'll always receive updates without being left in the dark. If you have a question you can reply to your ticket at anytime, and if you want to see what we did in the past you can always go back review the job history.
No Cowboying It
If we believe a repair is not feasible or you would be better served elsewhere, we will let you know. Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality of service. If we feel we can't meet that standard, we won't take any shortcuts or cut any corners.
